Joe were built with a massive amount work to do in order to build muscle & lose weight to obtain from 18% excess fat to 8%. Joe fled processed food including chocolates, sweets and french fries. Also, he fled grains and starchy carbohydrates to maintain him in fat reducing mode throughout the day as carbohydrates are very well which may cause insulin to spike which puts you kept in storage mode.
